APLIKASI METODE POTENSIOMETRI SEL KONSENTRASI UNTUK ANALISIS LOGAM TIMBAL (PB) PADA SEDIMEN SUNGAI SEKANAK PALEMBANG
Validation of the potentiometric cell concentration method and analysis of lead metal in Sekanak river sediments has been carried out. The aims research to validate the concentration cell potentiometric method in determining lead metal (Pb) in sediments and determine the distribution of lead metal (Pb) in Sekanak river sediments. The concentration cell potentiometric method was proven to be valid in determining the presence of lead metal in sediment by obtaining a linear regression correlation coefficient value of 0,995, a high level of accuracy or average recovery of 109%, and a precision value or RSD of 0,54%. into the very conscientious category. Apart from that, the LoD and LoQ method values were also obtained at 2,28x10-1mg/L dan 2,84x10-1mg/L. LoD determination is the largest contributor to the measurement uncertainty in this research, namely 0,58. All sediment samples were not contaminated by lead metal because they had concentrations below the maximum limit. The distribution pattern of lead metal in sediment tends to decrease from upstream to downstream.
