POLA KOMUNIKASI GURU DALAM PROSES PEMBELAJARAN EKSTRAKULIKULER TARI PADA MURID TUNARUNGU SEKOLAH LUAR BIASA-B NEGERI PEMBINA KOTA PALEMBANG
This study was conducted to discuss the communication patterns of teachers in the process of extracurricular dance learning for deaf students at SLB-B Pembina, Palembang City. This study aims to find and determine what communication patterns are applied by teachers in the process of extracurricular dance learning for deaf students based on four patterns, namely the wheel pattern, chain pattern, circle pattern and star pattern with the theory of communication patterns according to H.A.W. Widjaja to analyze the pattern and aims to determine what obstacles are experienced by teachers in the process of developing interests and talents in deaf students. This study is a descriptive qualitative study and uses data collection methods through interviews, observations and documentation. The results of this study are the communication patterns of teachers with deaf students are the Wheel Pattern, Chain Pattern, Circle Pattern and Star Pattern. The obstacles that occur in the process of developing interests and talents of deaf students are students who are not disciplined about time, children's different levels of comprehension, children who cannot hear.
