UJI KINERJA BATERAI ION NATRIUM MENGGUNAKAN SNO2 DAN NAFEPO4 DENGAN VARIASI PELARUT DAN KONSENTRASI ELEKTROLIT
This research uses SnO₂ powder as the anode and NaFePO₄ powder was synthesized using the sol-gel method as the cathode, combined with binchotan carbon, PANi, and DMSO solvent, stirred until forming a paste, which was then coated and dried to form a thin sheet. NaNO₃ salt was used as the electrolyte with varying concentrations, while DMSO and H₂O. The results of characterization using SEM show that the morphology SnO₂ exhibited a porous spherical morphology (0.4–5 μm), and NaFePO₄ showed agglomerated fibrous structures with non-uniform particles and pores (0.5–2 μm). The results of characterization using XRD show that SnO₂ produced 12 diffraction peaks with a crystallite size of 32.4 nm, and NaFePO₄ exhibited only a single peak at 2θ = 31.55° with a crystallite size of 16.30 nm. The battery with an electrolyte of 1 M NaNO₃ in DMSO demonstrated the best performance, as evidenced by the CV curve showing redox reactions, the smallest semicircle diameter with an Rp value of 406 kΩ, and OCV and CCV values of 1.62 V and 0.208 W.
