ABSTARCT This study aims to analyze the implementation of the National Industrial Information System (SIINas) policy at the Palembang City Industry Office and identify factors influencing its success and obstacles. The background of this study is based on the importance of digitizing public services in the industrial sector to improve the efficiency of reporting, monitoring, and decision-making based on actual data. Although SIINas has been implemented nationally, its implementation in the regions faces various challenges, including technical, institutional, and social aspects. This study used a descriptive qualitative method with a case study approach. The results indicate that the success of SIINas implementation in Palembang City is influenced by several key factors: the interests of policy actors, local government commitment, technological infrastructure readiness, human resource capacity, and effective monitoring and evaluation. Implementation barriers include limited technological infrastructure, low digital literacy among industry players, resistance to change, budget constraints, weak inter-agency coordination, and data security issues.
