The double burden of women is the double duty that a woman performs, namely as a housewife and as a female worker. At PT. Earth Merapi Double-load energy is one of the problems that arise. This study aims to find out the shape and impact of the double burden of female workers at PT. Earth Bracing Energy. This research method uses qualitative methods and case studies as research strategies. This study used the functional structural theory of Tallcot Person. The results of this study show that the dual burden of female workers includes public roles, domestic roles and social roles must continue to be carried out to improve the level of living in improving the economy, social family.
