The research aimed was to determine the aerobisity and wilting time in the silage process to get the best NDF, ADF and Hemicellulose digestibility of king grass silage (Pennisetum purpupoides) in vitro. This research was conducted from December 2023 to February 2024 in the Experimental Cage of Animal Husbandry Study Programme, Department of Animal Husbandry Technology and Industry and continued in the Animal Nutrition and Food Laboratory of Animal Husbandry Study Programme, Department of Animal Husbandry Technology and Industry, Faculty of Agriculture, Sriwijaya University. The design used in this study was complete randomised design (CRD) 2x4 factorial pattern where factor A/aerobicity (A1 is not vacuumed and A2 is vacuumed) while factor B/wilting (B1: 0 hour wilting; B2: 2 hours; B3: 4 hours; B4: 6 hours).
