This study aims to determine the effect of non-physical work environment and career development on employee retention at PT. Ulima Nitra Site BGG Lahat. The method used in this study is quantitative descriptive. The population in this study was 70 respondents and used saturated samples so that the sample was the entire research population who were employees at PT. Ulima Nitra Site BGG Lahat. The data collection technique used in this study was using questionnaires. The data analysis technique used was multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that the non-physical work environment and career development each have a positive and significant effect on employee retention at PT. Ulima Nitra Site BGG Lahat.
