This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of the physical work environment, work motivation, and work discipline on the performance of employees at PT PLN IP UPDK Keramasan ULPL Keramasan. The population of this study comprises all 126 employees of PT PLN IP UPDK Keramasan ULPL Keramasan. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression, with hypothesis testing employing the t-test and F-test. The results of the study indicate that the physical work environment variable significantly influences performance, the work motivation variable significantly influences performance, and the work discipline variable significantly influences performance. Simultaneously, the physical work environment, work motivation, and work discipline collectively influence performance. Management of PT PLN IP UPDK Keramasan ULPL South Sumatra needs to enhance supervision and evaluation of employee performance to ensure staff execute their duties properly and responsibly. Management also needs to provide training and competency development to employees to improve their abilities and knowledge in carrying out tasks, and needs to boost employee motivation by providing rewards and recognition to staff who demonstrate high achievement and responsibility
