FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI UPAH MINIMUM PROVINSI DI PULAU SUMATRA
This study aims to analyze and determine the relationship between economic growth, inflation, and labor productivity on the Provincial Minimum Wage (PMW) in Sumatra Island. A quantitative approach was employed, using an explanatory research design. The data utilized in this study are secondary data obtained from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) for economic growth and inflation indicators, and from the Ministry of Manpower of the Republic of Indonesia for PMW data. The analytical method applied is panel data regression using the Random Effect Model (REM), covering 10 provinces over a period of 7 years. The findings reveal that economic growth and labor productivity variables have a positive and significant influence on the PMW. In contrast, the inflation variable does not have a significant effect on the PMW. Simultaneously, the three independent variables are found to have a significant impact on the provincial minimum wage.
