This research is quantitative, observational and descriptive with a cross-sectional approach, which involved 30 respondents from CKD patients with hemodialysis therapy using questionnaire instruments and medical record. Data from the medication adherence questionnaire (MMAS-8) and patient quality of life (WHOQOL-BREF) were tested using the Kendall's Tau-b test which produced respondents with high adherence of 50%, moderate adherence of 43%, and low adherence of 7%, respondents with moderate quality of life 46.5%, high quality of life 37.2%, and low quality of life 16.3%. The statistical test results of p=0.000 with a correlation coefficient=0.652 show that there is a relationship between adherence to taking CKD medication undergoing Hemodialysis therapy and the quality of life of patients at RSI Siti Khadijah Palembang in 2023.
