PEMBENTUKAN NILAI KARAKTER TANGGUNG JAWAB SISWA MELALUI IMPLEMENTASI KEGIATAN EKSTRAKURIKULER PALANG MERAH REMAJA (PMR) DI SMAN 12 PALEMBANG

The study was conducted with the aim of determining the PMR extracurricular activities in the formation of students' character values of responsibility through the implementation of the youth red cross extracurricular activities at SMAN 12 Palembang. The subjects of this study were 7 people consisting of 1 PMR instructor and 6 PMR students. The analysis method in this study consisted of interviews, observations and documentation. The results obtained from this study were that there were several PMR students who were less disciplined in participating in PMR extracurricular activities due to a lack of time discipline so that it had a significant impact on their peers or themselves. This is because friends or themselves who do not participate in PMR extracurricular activities. Seeing that there are students who are less disciplined in participating in PMR activities, this is what can be feared will cause this behavior to tend to provide social pressure and influence students' perceptions that students who behave deviantly are common for them.
