RANCANG BANGUN APLIKASI PENILAIAN KINERJA TENAGA KEPENDIDIKAN PADA SDN 22 MUARA ENIM

SDN 22 Muara Enim has conducted an evaluation of the performance of the educational team. This performance assessment still uses Microsoft Excel and Word, the school still uses manual processes in evaluating performance, often documents are corrupted or exchanged when submitted to the administration so that range data is lost and complex processes are missed. As a result, applications that can manage data and facilitate assessment are needed to evaluate educational performance. data collected through interviews, documentation, and literature studies. The design method used is waterfall, Software built using PHP and MYSQL programming languages. The desired result of this research is to make it easier for school staff at SDN 22 Muara Enim to conduct performance appraisals so that they can be used for career development, consideration of promotion and position. Application testing is done using blackbox.
