ANALISIS WACANA BERBASIS KORPUS PADA KOMENTAR YOUTUBE CHANNEL KOMPAS TV CUPLIKAN VIDEO PIDATO MEGAWATI SOEKARNO PUTRI PADA RAKERNAS II PDIP

The writing is entitled "Corpus-Based Discourse Analysis on Kompas Tv YouTube Channel Comments Video Clip of Megawati Soekarno Putri's Speech at the PDIP National Working Meeting II". This writing aims to analyze the discourse contained in the comments column of a video content that was controversial, namely video footage of Megawati's speech at the PDIP National Working Meeting II using corpus linguistic analysis. In this study, researchers used the online media portal Kompas Tv as a medium to obtain comment data that had 1,970 comments. This research was also assisted by using Octoparse software to pull data, then after the data was obtained, the data moved to the Voyant Tools software to find the frequency and concordance contained in the comments on the video footage of the speech. The research methods used qualitative methods and quantitative methods. Based on the data entered into Voyant Tools, there were 17,108 words used in the 1,970 comments, and there were 561 words with positive connotations and 176 words with negative connotations. Based on the research conducted, the results show that words that have a positive connotation do not indicate that the word has a positive meaning but rather a negative meaning.
