ANALISIS PENGARUH JAM KERJA, MODAL USAHA, LAMA USAHA DAN TENAGA KERJA TERHADAP PENDAPATAN PETERNAK TELUR ITIK DI KECAMATAN MADANG SUKU II KABUPATEN OKU TIMUR
Duck farming is one of the poultry activities undertaken by duck egg farmers in South Sumatra, particularly in Madang Suku II District, serving as a source of income. This study aims to investigate the impact of working hours, business capital, business duration, and labor on the income of duck egg farmers in Madang Suku II District. The data used in this research is primary data collected from 46 duck farmers. The analysis technique employed is quantitative analysis, which examines the influence of independent variables on the dependent variable. The data analysis presented in this thesis was conducted using the EVIEWS 12 program. The results of the multiple regression analysis indicate that the variables of working hours (JK), business duration (LU), and labor (TK) have an insignificant effect on the income (Y) of duck egg farmers in Madang Suku II District, OKU Timur Regency. In contrast, the variable of business capital (MU) has a significant effect, with business capital having a dominant influence on income compared to the other variables.
