In the cooperation between Indonesia and Iran in the field of eradicating narcotics, it has begun to become a security priority for both countries, this can be seen from the large number of narcotics entering Indonesia through the Golden Triangle, Golden Crescent and Golden Peacock. Where the territory of Iran is included in the Golden Crescent itself which is a place for narcotics syndicates. The problem of smuggling and abuse of narcotics is also one of the crimes that occur in Iran. This is because Iran is on the first border of narcotics smuggling. On this basis, Indonesia and Iran decided to establish cooperation and sign an MoU. This study aims to describe how Indonesia and Iran cooperate in dealing with narcotics problems in Indonesia. This study uses a qualitative method with data obtained from literature references in the form of journals, theses and official websites that are relevant to the object of research. In the analysis, the author uses the concept of MoU cooperation that has been established by Indonesia and Iran as an alternative form that can be done by both countries in dealing with narcotics problems. The results show that the cooperation between Indonesia and Iran is running stably, even though there are times when narcotics cases in Indonesia and Iran increase and there are also times when narcotics cases decrease.
