PENGARUH E-WOM TERHADAP KEPUTUSAN PENGGUNA JASA PT KAI DI KOTA PALEMBANG PADA KELAS EKONOMI
This research aims to determine the effect of E-Wom on the decision to use PT KAI services in Palembang City in the economy class. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative. The population in this study were all PT KAI Economy Class Users in Palembang city during the last 4 years. With a sample size of 100 people. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that the Intensity dimension has a positive and partially significant effect on the decision to use train ticket services, the Valance opinion dimension has a negative effect and does not partially signify the decision to use train ticket services, the Content dimension has a positive and partially significant effect on the decision to use train ticket services, the dimensions of Intensity, positive valance, negative valance, and content have a positive but insignificant effect simultaneously on the decision to use train services.
