TECHNICAL PLANNING FOR COAL MINING SEQUENCE IN 2024 WITH CONSTRAINT OF GEOTECHNICAL LOWWALL AREAS AND DISPUTED LAND PROBLEM AT PT XYZ
PT XYZ targets 4,243,000 bcm of overburden and 1,150,000 tons of coal in 2024. The actual mining process in the first quarter was carried out and obtained overburden production of 577,698 bcm and 136,079 tons of coal which were under the company's first-quarter plan due to geotechnical problems and the presence of issues regarding disputed land. A mine plan is carried out by calculating the unit capacity first and modelling a mining simulation based on existing constraints in the field using Spry software to estimate when these issues must be resolved to meet the company's annual production target. Planning is carried out for quarter 2, quarter 3, and quarter 4 using the mining situation at the end of March. The pit redrawing process was carried out after obtaining the contour of the mining plan using Minecraft software and obtaining reserves estimates based on the pit in the second quarter of 1,113,735 bcm of overburden and 256,719 tons of coal with SR 4.33 using 5 Excavator fleets with 26 trucks. In the third quarter, production estimates based on the pit were obtained at 1,385,514. bcm overburden and 366,277 tons of coal with SR 3.78 using 6 Excavator fleets and 36 trucks, and in the fourth quarter we obtained 1,233,967 bcm overburden and 467,080 tons of coal with SR 2.65 using 6 fleets and 40 trucks. Based on the total planned production for the 2nd quarter, 3rd quarter and 4th quarter, added with the actual production for the 1st quarter, the total production was 4,312,916 bcm of overburden and 1,224,156 tons of coal, which has met the company's target with a deviation of more than 1.6% from the overburden target and 6% towards the company's annual coal target.
