ANALISIS NILAI TAMBAH DAN EFISIENSI PADA INDUSTRI KERUPUK KEMPLANG DI SEBERANG ULU KOTA PALEMBANG

This study is intended to analyse the Value Added and Efficiency of Kemplang Crackers Industry in Seberang Ulu, Palembang City. The data used is primary data from the kemplang cracker business in seberang ulu 1 and 2 Palembang city. In the results of wetting the added value in the kemplang cracker industry in Palembang city, the lowest added value occurred in the first class distribution, namely with an added value of 58,000,000 - 80,791,800 with a percentage of 23 per cent as many as 8 companies. While the highest added value was 187,043,500 - 282,957,000 as many as 4 companies with a percentage of 11 per cent. Efficient companies are able to maximise the output of the given input so as to minimise the costs incurred. The lowest level of efficiency in the kemplang cracker industry reached 20 per cent with an efficiency value of 0.47 - 0.72 achieved by 7 companies and the highest efficiency of 6 per cent achieved by only 2 companies with an efficiency value of 2.13 - 2.7.
