HUBUNGAN RESILIENSI AKADEMIK DENGAN STRES AKADEMIK PADA MAHASISWA AKTIF BERORGANISASI BIMBINGAN DAN KONSELING UNIVERSITAS SRIWIJAYA
Students who are active in organizations often face academic pressure due to the demands of their studies and organizational activities running concurrently. Academic resilience is considered an important ability to cope with such pressure. This study aims to investigate the relationship between academic resilience and academic stress among active student organization members in the Guidance and Counseling Program at Sriwijaya University. The study employs a quantitative approach using a correlational method. The sample consists of 65 students selected using proportional stratified random sampling. The instruments used are an academic resilience scale and an academic stress scale developed by the researcher. The results of the study indicate a significant negative relationship between academic resilience and academic stress, with a correlation coefficient (r) of -0.500 and a significance level of p = 0.000 (p < 0.05). This means that the higher the academic resilience of students, the lower the level of academic stress they experience. These findings indicate that academic resilience plays an important role in helping active student organizations manage academic pressure effectively
