ANALISIS PERBANDINGAN EFISIENSI DAYA KARENA PENGARUH JARAK ANTARA TITIK PUSAT LUBANG PELAT ACP PADA FOTOVOLTAIK JENIS POLIKRISTALIN 100 WP
Solar energy is one of the most sustainable energy sources. Electrical energy and heat are two forms of energy that can be generated from solar energy. One method to convert solar energy into electrical energy is by using photovoltaic (PV) panels. One of the many factors that affect the ability of solar panels to generate electricity is temperature. The ideal working temperature of solar panels is at a normal temperature of 25⁰C. The efficiency of solar panels in producing electrical energy is affected by the increase in temperature. To overcome this, this research uses a passive cooling system in the form of an ACP plate placed behind a 100 WP polycrystalline type photovoltaic panel with variations in the distance between the center points of the holes of 15 mm, 17.5 mm, and 20 mm. The results showed that the photovoltaic panel with a perforated plate with a smaller distance between the center points of the holes has a higher efficiency than the other panels. This can be seen from the efficiency value at the same radiation on plates with a distance between the center points of the holes of 20 mm, 17.5 mm and 15 mm of 5.971444%, 8.338474%, and 10.00781%, respectively.
