ANALISIS SENSITIVITAS KELAYAKAN PROYEK TAMBANG SILIKA PADA PT MINEVESTING RESOURCES INDONESIA SITE XYZ KABUPATEN PELALAWAN, PROVINSI RIAU
The research was conducted on the PT Minevesting Resources Indonesia silica mining project, which is still in the feasibility study stage. To ensure the economic feasibility of developing the mine, a comprehensive study of the project's financial aspects and sensitivity was conducted. The indicators used included Net Present Value (NPV), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), and Payback Period (PBP). Data were obtained from field observations, company reports, and supporting technical references. The project's basic assumptions included production capacity, investment costs (CAPEX), operating costs (OPEX), silica selling price, and a discount rate set between 7% and 12%. The calculations indicated that the silica mining project was feasible, with a positive NPV and an IRR of 30.90%, which is greater than the discount rate. This indicates that the project is capable of providing a good return on investment. A sensitivity analysis revealed that the silica selling price was the most influential variable on the feasibility results, followed by OPEX and CAPEX. Variations in these variables, ranging from -30% to +30%, still showed positive feasibility results, indicating the project's economic tolerance to market fluctuations.
