PENGARUH ELECTRONIC WORD OF MOUTH NEGATIF DAN DISSATIFACTION TERHADAP BRAND SWITCHING PADA PRODUK STARBUCKS

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh electronic word of mouth negatif dan dissatisfaction terhadap brand switching pada konsumen Starbucks di Kota Palembang. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan teknik purposive sampling dan melibatkan 151 responden. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner online dan dianalisis menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa e-WOM negatif dan dissatisfaction secara parsial maupun simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap brand switching, yang berarti persebaran informasi negatif serta ketidakpuasan konsumen meningkatkan kecenderungan perpindahan merek dari Starbucks ke merek lain. Kata Kunci: Electronic Word of Mouth Negatif, Dissatifaction, Brand Switching
