This study aims to determine the effect of training on the performance of employees at PT. Bernofarm Palembang Branch. The population in this study comprises all employees of PT. Bernofarm Palembang Branch, totaling 70 people. The data collection method used in this research is a questionnaire. The technique of analysis used is simple linear regression analysis. The results of the analysis show that training does not significantly affect the performance of employees at PT. Bernofarm Palembang Branch. Keywords: Training, Performance, Employees.
