ANALISIS MANFAAT PENGGUNA SISTEM INFORMASI KARANTINA KESEHATAN (SINKARKES) DI BALAI KEKARANTINAAN KESEHATAN KELAS I PALEMBANG
In accordance with the circular letter of the Director General of P2P HK.03.03/D.1/I.2/1130/2015, the Health Quarantine Center is directed to issue quarantine documents and publish documents online through the SINKARKES application. The Health Quarantine Information System (SINKARKES) is an information technology platform designed for recording and reporting quarantine activities and health services at port health offices. This system enables integration and connection between port health offices throughout Indonesia, thus supporting efficiency and coordination in the implementation of health quarantine tasks. Since its implementation, there has never been a User Benefit Analysis of the Health Quarantine Information System (SINKARKES) at the Class I Palembang Health Quarantine Center. The purpose of this study is to conduct a User Benefit Analysis of the Health Quarantine Information System (SINKARKES) with the HOT (Human, Organization, Technology) Fit Models approach at the Class I Palembang Health Quarantine Center. This study uses a quantitative method using univariate and bivariate analysis. The sample in this study was all staff of the Class I Palembang Health Quarantine Center (Balai Karkes) totaling 81 people who used the SINKARKES website and 40 people from shipping agents who used the SINKARKES website. The results of this study found that all variables (system quality, information quality, service quality, organization, system users, user satisfaction and user benefits) had a significant relationship with a P-value
