ANALISIS KEGAGALAN SAMBUNGAN BALOK DAN KOLOM PROFIL BAJA AKIBAT NON LINEAR TIME HISTORY (STUDI KASUS BANGUNAN INTAKE POMPA KARANGANYAR PULOKERTO)
The intake structure is a facility that draws water from sources such as rivers or lakes to be utilized as desired. In this case study of a pump intake structure, the design of the intake building's superstructure uses steel profile material, the flooring is made of reinforced concrete, and the foundation uses composite piles. To identify the structural strength of the intake building, a nonlinear time history load from the Kobe region is applied. This identification is carried out using the ETABS program based on SNI 1726:2019 and SNI 1729:2020. Structural failure identification is conducted by analyzing the structural safety criteria, including the magnitude of story drift, steel ratio, composite ratio, and deflection. The analysis results indicate that the structure meets the safety criteria, with the largest steel profile ratio occurring in column C2, beams B1, and B2 ≤ 1, and the values of story drift and deflection are within safe limits. Furthermore, a connection failure analysis on the steel profile was conducted using IDEA StatiCa, which indicated potential failures in the connections of column C2, beams B1, and B2. This is evident from the red-colored contact stress contour area, reaching the maximum allowable limit of 8.7 MPa. In this area, a tear occurred in the web of column C2, indicating that connection failure is present but still within safe limits.
