IDENTIFIKASI FAKTOR-FAKTOR RISIKO PADA KEJADIAN PREEKLAMPSIA
Preeclampsia is a significant health problem during pregnancy, consisting of factors such as age, parity, pregnancy interval, history of chronic hypertension, diabetes mellitus, history of preeclampsia, use of hormonal and non-hormonal contraceptives, and body mass index. This study aims to identify risk factors associated with preeclampsia at BARI Regional General Hospital Palembang. This study used an analytical survey with a case-control design. The study identified risk factors using a retrospective approach, analyzing secondary data from medical records. The population consisted of 326 preeclampsia inpatients from BARI Regional General Hospital over the past five years (2020-2024) using total sampling technique. The results of this study indicated that the majority of preeclampsia patients exhibited several characteristics: 51.1% were in the high risk age range (35 years), 73.4% were multiparous, and 46.7% had a birth interval that carries risk (
