The Ship and Boat Industry is a crucial sector for Indonesia's economy as a maritime nation with significant potential for industrial development. This study aims to analyze the impact of production costs on the profits of the ship and boat industry. The data used in this research is secondary data from the years 2001 to 2021. The analytical technique employed is simple linear regression to examine the relationship between production costs and profits. The findings indicate that production costs significantly affect profits, with 90 percent of the variation in profits explained by production costs, while the remaining percentage is influenced by other factors. Statistical tests show that each unit increase in production costs will result in an increase in profits by 0.919257 units. Keywords : Production Costs, Profits, Ship, Boat, Maritime
