PENGARUH MOTIVASI KERJA DAN PENGEMBANGAN KARIR TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN LPP TVRI SUMATERA SELATAN.

This study aims to examine the influence of work motivation and career development on the performance of employees at LPP TVRI South Sumatera. The research employs a quantitative method. The population in this study consists of 87 employees of LPP TVRI South Sumatera. The sampling technique used is a saturated sample, where the sample size is the same as the population size. This study utilizes primary data collected through questionnaires, and the data is analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the hypothesis test results, it was concluded that, partially, work motivation does not have a significant impact on employee performance, whereas career development significantly influences employee performance. However, work motivation and career development together have a significant effect on the performance of employees at LPP TVRI South Sumatera.
