PERENCANAAN SEKUEN DAN PENJADWALAN PENAMBANGAN PADA TAHUN 2027 DI PIT UTARA PT. MERAPI ENERGY COAL, KABUPATEN LAHAT, PROVINSI SUMATERA SELATAN

Mine Planning is an essential stage to optimize coal reserve and ensure efficient, well-directed and sustainable mining operations. This research was conducted at PT Merapi Energy Coal, Merapi Barat, Lahat District, South Sumatera, with objective of determining the requirements of loading and hauling equipment, designing a mining sequence, and preparing a production schedule in 2027. The analysis integrated primary and secondary data using Deswik 2025.1, Minescape 5.7, and Spry software, the results indicate that the required fleet to meet annual production targets consists of Komatsu PС 200-8, PC300-8, and PC 400-8 Excavators, Supported by SANY SYZ308C-8(V) dumptrucks. The mining sequence was designed based on annual quarterly production targets, resulting in a scheduling plan consistent with pit and disposal designs with overburden volume 1.441.011 BCM and coal volume 911.795,50 tons. With systematic sequence planning and scheduling, PT Merapi Energy Coal can Achieve production targets while improving operational efficiency.
