This study aims to analyze the influence of skills and work experience on employee performance at CV. Boga Utama Amanda Brownies Palembang. The research method used is a quantitative approach. The sampling technique applied is probability sampling with a total of 40 respondents. The data analysis techniques used in this study are the t-test, f-test, and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the t-test show that the variables skills (X1) and work experience (X2) have a significant effect on employee performance. Furthermore, the results of the f-test indicate that skills and work experience simultaneously influence employee performance at CV. Boga Utama Amanda Brownies Palembang.
