PRA RANCANGAN PABRIK PEMBUATAN KALSIUM FLUORIDA KAPASITAS 46.000 TON/TAHUN

A calcium fluoride manufacturing plant with a production capacity of 46.000 tons/year is planned to be established in 2029 on Sukomulyo Highway, Roomo Village, Manyar District, Gresik Regency, East Java Province.The area of the plant is estimated at 6 Ha. Calcium fluoride is produced using fluorosilicic acid (H2SiF6), ammonium hydroxide (NH4OH), and calcium carbonate (CaCO3) as raw materials in a Continuous Stirred-Tank Reactor based on US Patent 11873229 B2. The reaction takes place at a temperature of 80°C and a pressure of 1 atm. The plant is planned to be a limited liability company with a line and staff organizational structure, where daily operations are led by a director with total of 137 employees. Based on Economic Analysis, this calcium fluoride plant is feasible to be established because it has met the economic feasibility parameters, as follows: • Total Capital Investment = US$ 77.600.166,18 • Selling Price per Year = US$ 151.702.303,62 • Total Production Cost = US$ 87.972.176,46 • Annual Cash Flow = 65,21% • Pay Out Time = 2,837 Years • Rate of Return on Investment = 57,49% • Discounted Cash Flow–ROR = 64,99% • Break Even Point = 26,89% • Service Life = 11 years Keywords: Calcium fluoride, Continuous Stirred Tank Reactor, Precipitation
