KINERJA JOIN BALOK-KOLOM BETON GEOPOLIMER DENGAN VARIASI DIMENSI TUBE AKIBAT BEBAN SIKLIK

One of the structural elements designed to withstand earthquakes is the beam-column joints. The joint zone is an area that is responsive to earthquake load distribution, so the right design must qualify seismic criteria. The difficulty of compacting conventional concrete due to the density of reinforcement can be overcome by self-compacting concrete material. This research purpose to analyze the performance of self compacting concrete beam-column joints with variations of tube dimension under cyclic loads. The analysis was carried out using ANSYS based on the finite element method. The results of the analysis are hysteresis curve, maximum story drift, stress contour, ductility, stiffness and strength, and cumulative energy dissipation of the structure. The performance of beam-column joints with 700-mm length tube is compared with the behavior of beam-column joints with variations of tube dimension and material properties of self compacting concrete. The lowest ductility value of 3.139 was achieved by beam-column join J1 because it yielded more slowly. Beam-column join J3 has the shortest stiffness curve as it is only able to achieve a drift ratio of 3% in the push direction and 2% in the pull direction
