PENGARUH KINERJA PANITIA PILKADES DAN PENYELESAIAN SENGKETA TERHADAP KEPUASAN MASYARAKAT DI DESA SERIJABO KECAMATAN SUNGAI PINANG KABUPATEN OGAN ILIR

The purpose of the study was to examine the effect of performance and dispute resolution carried out by the pilkades committee of Serijabo village, The type of data used in this study is observational data. The population of this study is the people of Serijabo village who are registered at TPSI. Sampling was done by simple random sampling method with a total sample of 50 respondents. The analysis technique used is the Coefficient of Determination Test and Multiple Linear Regression Test using the Statistical Program For Social (SPSS) version 24.0 software program. The result of the F value is 7.682, the F value is the result of the ANOVA (analysis of variance) statistical test. This test is used to compare the average of several groups or treatments, and if the calculated F value is greater than the critical value, then we can accept the alternative hypothesis (H1) and (H2) that there is a significant effect.
