STUDI EKSPERIMENTAL KONDUKTIVITAS LISTRIK PADA MORTAR DENGAN SERBUK ALUMINIUM SEBAGAI PENGGANTI AGREGAT HALUS

Surbakti, Jeflin Tritara - Personal Name;

Conductive mortar is a mortar that has the ability to conduct electricity. The unique properties of this mortar allow for electrical conductivity, something that ordinary mortar does not have. Aluminum powder can be used as a substitute for sand or fine aggregate. In this study, variations in age and concentration of aluminum powder of 0%, 25%, 50%, 75%, and 100% were used. The ratio of cement and sand was 1:2.75, and a variation of 0.485 was used. Compressive strength, specific gravity, and electrical conductivity tests are part of the hard mortar test. For fresh mortar, setting time and slump flow tests are included. The conductive mortar test has a percentage variation value of 100% aluminum powder with an initial setting time of 119.80 minutes and a final size variation of 16.18 cm has the fastest setting time with a final setting time of 165.00 minutes. The test object with a percentage variation of 100% aluminum powder has the highest slump flow value. The results of the specific gravity and compressive strength tests showed that the test specimens with a variation of 25% aluminum powder percentage after curing in water for 7 days and 28 days had the highest specific gravity and compressive strength values of 1701.333 kg/m3 and 1760.000 kg/m3 respectively; 3.73 Mpa and 7.43 Mpa test. The variation of 100% aluminum powder percentage at 7 days of age in the test specimens achieved the highest electrical conductivity value of 44195.755 μS/m, compared to other variations. Keyword: Conductive mortar, aluminium powder, setting time, specific gravity, compressive strength, electrical conductive.
