APLIKASI METODE POTENSIOMETRI SEL KONSENTRASI UNTUK ANALISIS LOGAM TEMBAGA (Cu) PADA AIR SUNGAI SEKANAK KOTA PALEMBANG
Validation of the potentiometric cell concentration method and analysis of copper metal in Sekanak river water has been carried out. This research aims to validate the concentration cell potentiometric method in determining copper metal (Cu) in water and determining the distribution of copper metal (Cu) in Sekanak river water. Validation parameters in this study include calibration curve linearity, detection limit (LoD), quantification limit (LoQ), precision, accuracy and measurement uncertainty estimates. The concentration cell potentiometric method was proven to be valid in determining the presence of copper metal in water with a coefficient of determination value of 0.9989, a high level of accuracy or average recovery of 99.58%, and a precision or RSD value of 1.26% fall into the conscientious category. Apart from that, the LoD and LoQ method values were also obtained at 1.135x10-6 mol/L and 1.417x10-6 mol/L. The distribution of copper metal in water tends to fluctuate from upstream to downstream.
