This research aims to determine and analyze the Physical Components of the Management Information System (SIM) in the Use of the Electronic Performance Report Application (e�Lapkin) in the Regional Secretariat of Palembang City in the Leadership Protocol and Communication Section. This research was analyzed using the theory of Completeness of Physical Components of Management Information Systems (SIM) according to Sutabri (2016:41), which consists of: Hardware, Software, Network, Data Resources, and Users. The research method used is qualitative research. Based on the research results, it shows that the use of the e-Lapkin application in the Regional Secretariat of Palembang City in the Protocol and Leadership Communication section has been quite successful but has not run optimally so that ongoing efforts need to be made by making several improvements to reduce deficiencies or obstacles so that the use of e-Lapkin can run. optimally.Keywords : e-Lapkin, Applications, e-Kinerja
