Health Risk Assessment (HRA) is a structured process to identify the occurrence of risks arising from health hazards and identify and evaluate the effectiveness of the necessary control measures. The purpose of this research is to identify potential hazards, measure exposure, evaluate risks, and determine control priorities based on the Risk Manageability Matrix at Demang Lebar Daun Offtake Station Palembang. This research design is a descriptive qualitative research with an observational approach using the Walk Through Survey technique. The results show that the high risk hazard is lighting; medium risk is noise, working climate, electromagnetic radiation, vectors, water supply, sulfur dioxide, nitrogen dioxide, ozone, inhalable dust, ergonomics and psychosocial. It is concluded that the high-risk hazard with a high level of control based on the Risk Manageability Matrix is the physical hazard of lighting. It is recommended for companies to carry out lighting controls such as adding lights and carrying out routine maintenance of light sources, providing training or seminars to workers periodically to improve stress management, and taking routine measurements of any potential hazards identified.
