SIMULASI PENAMBAHAN LOKASI CHANGE SHIFT ALAT ANGKUT UNTUK MENINGKATKAN PRODUKTIVITAS ALAT GALI-MUAT MENGGUNAKAN SOFTWARE HAULSIM 3.6 PADA PIT MTBU PT PAMAPERSADA NUSANTARA
Optimizing the usage of hauling equiptment is crucial to achieve production targets, one of which is the addition of ideal change shift location. Currently there are three change shift locations positioned 1.500 m to 3.500 m from the mining front, reducing haulers effective time in the field. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the impact of adding change shift locations on productivity using Haulsim 3.6 simulation software. The simulation model depicts the actual conditions of digging-loading and hauling process in an open-pit mine. Based on the results of the simulation, there is an increase in production and productivity between three and five change shift locations, five change shift locations have higher production and productivity than three change shift locations. The results reveal that the addition of change shift locations increased coal output by 1.523,87 Tons/day and waste by 2.756,81 BCM/day. Waste productivity increased by an average of 8.31 BCM/hour and 10,53 tons/hour for coal.
