ANALISA POSTUR KERJA DENGAN MENGGUNAKAN METODE RAPID ENTIRE BODY ASSESSMENT (REBA) PADA PROSES PEMBUATAN KERUPUK 98 DI KECAMATAN SUKARAMI KOTA PALEMBANG SUMATERA SELATAN
This research aims to analyzing and assessing body posture when making fish crackers and work risks using the Rapid Entire Body Assessment (REBA) score, this study evaluates and assesses body posture and work risks when kneading fish crackers. There were three subjects studied in this research: the first employee was 28 years old, the second employee was 39 years old who had experience, and the third employee was 45 years old with experience. The result is a calculation of the body mass index of three workers: the first worker has an ideal BMI classification, the second worker has an underweight BMI classification, and the third worker, experienced, has an obese BMI classification. I. Nordic Body Map (NBM) questionnaire data shows that there are similarities and differences in body pain between worker 1, worker 2 and worker 3. Worker 1 experiences significant pain in the right hand, worker 2 experiences significant pain in the wrist right and left hands, and worker 3 experienced significant pain in both hands and both feet. The results of the Rapid Entire Body Assessment method show that the three workers have REBA scores; workers 1 and 2 received a REBA score of 5, indicating a moderate level of risk, and worker 3 received a REBA score of 5, indicating a high level of risk.
