Human beings, as living creatures, need water in their daily activities. The demand for clean water has not yet been fully met in Indonesia. Water pollution is caused by many factors, with some of the causes being domestic waste and industrial waste. The contaminated water will contain a lot of bacteria, viruses, even heavy metals. Lead is one of the most dangerous heavy metals, and the permissible concentration in drinking water under the Indonesian Ministry of Health Regulation No. 492/MENKES/PER/IV/2010 is only 0.01mg/L or 0.01ppm. Because of this, the lead ion concentration (II) measurement device was designed using potentiometry method and using the NodeMCU ESP32 microcontroller. The device uses ADS1220 as a voltage gauge detected from the interaction of ion mobility on the test solution and the internal solution IIPs Pb(II) using the reference electrode and working electrodes. Measurement of temperature and voltage relative straight. The DS18B20 temperature sensor on this device is designed to maximize its advantage that can be used in parallel, making it extremely efficient when used. Measurement design has produced an average recovery accuracy of 100.3128%, an average RSD of 0.837033% and an error of 0.6465301%. This means that the designed instrument has met the validity standard of the instrument and works well.
