PERENCANAAN SEKUEN PENAMBANGAN BATUBARA UNTUK MENINGKATKAN TARGET PRODUKSI MENJADI 2.000.000 METRIC TON PADA TAHUN 2024 DI PIT AB PT BUMI SEKUNDANG ENIM ENERGY, PENUKAL ABAB LEMATANG ILIR SUMATERA SELATAN

Kurniawan, Aldi Ridho - Personal Name;

PT Bumi Sekundang Enim Energy has an area of 14,960 ha for coal mining. One of the factors that causes the company to increase its production target in 2024 is because the need for coal is increasing. In the previous year the production target was set at 1,000,000 Metric Tons and it is planned to increase it in 2024 to 2,000,000 Metric Tons. In order to support the achievement of increasing production targets in 2024, planning needs to be carried out in designing pit openings, disposal capacity, and the number of production equipment needed. When designing the design of the pit and disposal it will be designed using the help of Minescape 5.7 software. After the results of the pit and disposal design are appropriate, an analysis can be carried out on the planned needs for digging and loading equipment and transportation equipment. In the mining sequence design, the tonnage of coal to be mined is 2,137,112 Metric Tons, while the volume of overburden is 3,974,290 BCM. In Quarter 1, 548,267 Metric Tons of coal were produced with an overburden of 889,738 BCM with a need for 5 units of excavators and a need for 29 units of dump trucks. In Quarter 2, 575,390 Metric Tons of coal were produced with an overburden of 1,107,708 BCM with a need for 5 units of excavators and a need for 24 units of dump trucks. In Quarter 3, 581,322 Metric Tons of coal were produced with an overburden of 1,105,788 BCM with a need for 5 units of excavators and a need for 25 units of dump trucks. In Quarter 4, 432,123 Metric Tons of coal were produced with an overburden of 871,057 BCM with a need for 5 units of excavators and a need for dump trucks of 23 units Keywords: Coal, Disposal, Overburden, Sequence.
