ANALISIS KEPUASAN IBU HAMIL TERHADAP PELAYANAN ANTENATAL DI PUSKESMAS SEKIP PALEMBANG TAHUN 2024
Background: Antenatal care (ANC) is a series of health services that are essential to support the health of pregnant women and fetuses. The quality of ANC services plays a crucial role in reducing maternal and infant mortality. This study aims to analyze the level of satisfaction of pregnant women with antenatal care at Puskesmas Sekip, Palembang in 2024. Method: This study used a quantitative descriptive approach with a survey method. The sample consisted of 43 pregnant women who received ANC services at Puskesmas Sekip. Data were collected using a questionnaire that included five dimensions of service quality: tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy. Results: The analysis showed that the majority of respondents were very satisfied with ANC services at Puskesmas Sekip. The average level of satisfaction was in the “very satisfied” category with a score of 90.18%. The empathy dimension obtained the highest score of 92.09%, while the physical evidence dimension received the lowest score of 88.28%. However, there are some aspects that could be improved, especially regarding the comfort of the waiting room. Conclusion: The level of satisfaction of pregnant women with antenatal care at Puskesmas Sekip in 2024 was classified as very good. It is recommended that Puskesmas Sekip maintain the quality of existing services and make improvements to physical facilities such as waiting rooms.
