PENGARUH PERSEPSI MANFAAT, PERSEPSI KEMUDAHAN, DAN PERSEPSI KEAMANAN TERHADAP KEPUTUSAN KONSUMEN MENGGUNAKAN QRIS DI KOTA PALEMBANG
The purpose of this research is to see the influence of perceived benefits, Perceived Ease of Use, and perceived security on consumer decisions to use QRIS in Palembang City. This research is quantitative research. The population data in this study are people in Palembang City who use QRIS. The sample for this research was 100 respondents using the purposive sampling method. The research analysis method uses multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS. The results of research show that the variables Perception of Benefit, Perceived Ease of Use, and Perception of Security have a significant partial and simultaneous effect on Consumer Decisions.
