This research aims to find out (1) what is the process and stages of lebak lebung farmers in managing lebak lebung in Embacang village, Lubuk Keliat sub-district, Ogan Ilir district, (2) find out how much income farmers get in managing Lebak Lebung in Embacang village, Lubuk Keliat sub-district, Ogan Ilir district, (3) describe farmers' strategies in managing Lebak Lebung by catching traditional fish in Embacang village, Lubuk Keliat sub-district, Ogan Ilir district. This research is qualitative and quantitative research that is descriptive in nature and also uses data and data according to the research obtained. The method used to find out farmers' strategies is using the SWOT analysis method, the data obtained from this research is in the form of primary data and secondary data. The results of the research show that the process and stages of farmers in managing Lebak Lebung still use traditional tools, and the income earned by farmers in managing Lebak Lebung is 6,136,495.00 per harvest. Traditional fishing in Embacang village is carried out during the low season. And the strategy of farmers who use traditional tools to make processed products, this can be profitable and increase income from processing these products.
