IMPLEMENTASI STRATEGI DINAS PENANAMAN MODAL DAN PELAYANAN TERPADU SATU PINTU (DPMPTSP) DALAM RANGKA MENINGKATKAN REALISASI INVESTASI DI KABUPATEN OGAN ILIR

The aim of this thesis is to determine the implementation of the strategy of the Department of Investment and One Stop Integrated Services (DPMPTSP) in order to increase investment realization in Ogan Ilir Regency and explain what actors are obstacles in increasing investment realization in Ogan Ilir Regency. The method used in this research is qualitative with descriptive analysis. The data obtained was analyzed by collecting data, reducing data, presenting data, and drawing conclusions. The results of the research show that of the five strategic plans detailed in the RPJMD of Ogan Ilir Regency for the 2021-2026 period which are closely related and are the authority of the DPMPTSP, there are three strategies that are not successful due to a lack of employees who are knowledgeable and competent about business licensing so that the handling is less professional, lack of socialization regarding business licensing so that the increase in local revenue (PAD) is not achieved, and the use of OSS as a medium for licensing services is not yet effective so that many people still apply for permits manually. Researchers recommend that it is best to carry out regular training and capacity building programs for existing staff, as well as recruiting new employees who have specific qualifications and expertise in the licensing sector; increase the number and reach of outreach by using various methods, such as seminars, workshops, and utilizing social media or digital platforms to disseminate information regarding business licensing; and holding intensive training on the use of OSS for business actors and providing easy-to-understand guides and access to technical assistance online and offline which can help reduce confusion among business actors in using OSS.
