PENGARUH INTERGOVERNMENTAL REVENUE, UKURAN PEMERINTAH, DAN BELANJA MODAL TERHADAP KEMANDIRIAN DAERAH (STUDI PADA PROVINSI DI PULAU SUMATRA TAHUN 2020 - 2023)
This study aims to examine the influence of intergovernmental revenue, government size, and capital expenditure on regional autonomy. The study focuses on provinces on the island of Sumatra during the period 2020-2023. This study employs a quantitative approach using secondary data obtained from local government financial reports available on each local government's official website and the official website of the Directorate General of Fiscal Balance (DJPK). The analysis method used is panel data regression with the E-Views version 13. The results show that intergovernmental revenue has a significant negative effect on regional autonomy. However, the variables of government size and capital expenditure do not affect regional autonomy. These findings show the importance of local governments developing their potential and resources to generate local revenue, thereby reducing their dependence on transfer funds from the central government.
