PENGARUH KINERJA KEUANGAN DAN KEBIJAKAN DIVIDEN TERHADAP RETURN SAHAM PERUSAHAAN SEKTOR KESEHATAN DI BURSA EFEK INDONESIA

This study aims to analyze the effect of financial performance and dividend policy on stock returns of health sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2020–2024. The financial performance variables used in this study include Return on Equity (ROE), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Current Ratio (CR), and Total Asset Turnover (TATO), while the dividend policy is measured using the Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR). This research applies a quantitative approach using panel data regression analysis, processed with EViews 12 software. The research sample was selected using purposive sampling, resulting in 16 companies from a total population of 34. The analysis results indicate that partially, only TATO has a significant effect on stock returns, while simultaneously, all independent variables show a significant influence on stock returns.
