In today's modern era, the development of information technology is increasingly sophisticated and fast, no less in the medical world, technology is vert much needed, At the Al-Suaibah clinic, in managing daily operations, the As-Suaibah Clinic faces several challenges, including data management, patient medical record management, Therefore a patient data collection and reporting system was built using Laravel and React JS technology and MySQL as a database. The method used during the waterfall method research, this method is systematic sequential in building software. The results of this research system, the patient data administration at the Al-Suaibah Palembang Clinic, which is in the form of a website. After testing, it can be concluded here that this system can facilitate the process of creating and displaying monthly reports more quickly and accurately.
