PENGUKURAN TINGKAT KAPABILITAS TATA KELOLA TEKNOLOGI INFORMASI PADA APLIKASI TELEOTIVA MENGGUNAKAN FRAMEWORK COBIT 2019

The TeleOTIVA application is an artificial intelligence-based application developed by the ISys Research Group, a research group at Sriwijaya University, in collaboration with Mohammad Hoesin General Hospital to detect cervical cancer in female patients. However, after interviewing the ISys Research Group, it was found that this relatively new application has potential problems in terms of security, compliance, and risk management. Therefore, an evaluation of information technology governance is needed to determine the level of capability and provide recommendations for improvement. In this study, the COBIT 2019 framework was used as a comprehensive guide to assess information technology governance in various aspects. Starting from the use of COBIT 2019 design factors to obtain the selected processes of the ISys Research Group, which became the focus of measuring the level of capability. After adjusting to the agency's problems, the selected objectives were EDM03, MEA03, and APO13 to measure their maturity levels. The measurement results show that the EDM03 objective achieved level 4. Meanwhile, the measurement of the MEA03 objective was at level 3 and APO13 at level 2. From the gap analysis results, the ISys Research Group expects level 4 for each objective. Recommendations will be given for the MEA03 and APO13 objectives because they have not yet achieved the results expected by the agency.
