PENGARUH KESELAMATAN DAN KESEHATAN KERJA (K3) DAN BUDAYA ORGANISASI TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PT PAMA PERSADA TANJUNG ENIM PALEMBANG

This study aims to analyze the influence of Occupational Safety and Health (K3) and Organizational Culture on the performance of employees of PT Pama Persada Tanjung Enim Palembang. The research approach uses quantitative methods with data collection techniques through distributing questionnaires to 86 respondents. The data analysis techniques used in this study are validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, t test, F test, and coefficient of determination. The results showed that K3 and organizational culture partially and simultaneously had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. K3 has a dominant influence in improving performance. The implication of this research is the importance of companies to continue to improve work safety aspects and strengthen organizational culture in order to create a conducive work environment for improving employee performance.
